How to add a Privacy Policy to your online box office

Under the GDPR, you must tell attendees why you are collecting their personal data and how you are using it. Usually this information is set out in a privacy policy that the individual can read when they give you their data.

How to add a privacy policy to your Box office

  1. Go to 'Box office settings'.

  2. Click on 'Privacy policy' from the left-hand menu.

  3. Add your privacy policy to the text area and click 'Save'.

If you leave your privacy policy blank, the default text will invite ticket buyers to contact you for further details.ย 


Things to note:

  • The Privacy Policy link will show on all of your Box office pages.
