How to set up your tickets as Apple Wallet passes

Configure your event ticket as an Apple pass from 'Settings' > 'Connect apps'

If your ticket buyers have an iPhone, they might use the Wallet app to keep all of their passes in one convenient place for easy access.

You can enable your tickets to be sent to a customer's Apple Wallet from 'Box office settings' > 'Connect apps'.


How to activate Apple Wallet passes

  • From the Connect apps list, select Apple Wallet.

  • Add your brand logo and colours to the Apple pass version of your tickets.

  • Click save.

  • A button to add a ticket to an Apple Wallet will appear on the event confirmation email after your customers buy a ticket.

πŸ’‘ Things to note

  • The branding you choose will apply to all of the events you have in your box office.

  • The optimal size for your logo is 90px width, 60px height.
