How can I connect my Ticket Tailor box office to TicketSwap
Head to your box office Settings, then select Integrations from the left-hand menu.
Under the Ticket sales & websites tab, find the integration labelled Safe, fair ticket resale for your fans with TicketSwap.
Click the Get started button, then Apply now, where you'll be taken to a short application form.
The TicketSwap team will then get in touch with more onboarding details!
What is SecureSwap?
SecureSwap is TicketSwap's protection layer for organisers: when a ticket is resold through SecureSwap, the original barcode is invalidated and a new one is issued to the buyer, so only one valid ticket is ever in circulation. It also caps resale prices, keeping things fair for your ticket buyers while helping cut down on fraud and scalping.
