When you're organising big events, you may want the option to add a transfer fee when ticket buyers request to reschedule their tickets.

How to add a transfer fee
After the Ticket Tailor customer support team has enabled transfer fees on your box office, head to 'Products'.
Select 'Add a new product'.
Name your product 'Transfer fee'.
Enter the fee you would like to charge for any transfer made in your box office in the 'Price' box.
Under 'Fulfillment' select 'Transfer fee'.
Select the 'Create product' button.
Your transfer fee be will automatically added to any ticket transfer made in your box office.

Transfer fees apply to all of your recurring events in your box office.
You can only set one transfer fee per box office (not per event).
Transfer fees apply to all transfers made in your box office, whether they're done by your customer via self-serve, or made by your team via the 'Orders' page. This means you can't bypass a transfer fee.
When enabled, Transfer fees donโt apply to:
Free orders: transferring a free order to another occurrence is always free
Lower value orders: transfer fees will not be charged where the new order is cheaper than the original order, and your customer will not be refunded.
