Quick troubleshooting tips for in-person orders

Why can’t I sell tickets in person?

If you can’t sell tickets in person, via the check-in app, here are some quick things to check to get you right back to selling easily on the door.

  1. Check that your check-in app login is set up to allow in-app sales.

  2. Check that your device is connected to the internet. Your app must be online to make in-person orders.

  3. Check you are using the most recent version of the app.

    • Go to the App Store or Play Store to check for updates, and make sure the most recent updates are installed.

If it’s still not working after you’ve checked 1-3

  • Close the app and restart it on your device.

  • Log out and log back in again.
