Why can’t I sell tickets in person?
If you can’t sell tickets in person, via the check-in app, here are some quick things to check to get you right back to selling easily on the door.
Check that your check-in app login is set up to allow in-app sales.
Check that your device is connected to the internet. Your app must be online to make in-person orders.
Check you are using the most recent version of the app.
Go to the App Store or Play Store to check for updates, and make sure the most recent updates are installed.
If it’s still not working after you’ve checked 1-3
Close the app and restart it on your device.
Log out and log back in again.
