You can use Facebook adverts pixel tracking to monitor the performance of your ticket sales adverts. Events such as page views, cart creations, and purchases are all tracked as events in your Facebook adverts account. This tutorial will show you how to set up Facebook advert pixel tracking for your Ticket Tailor events.

  1. From the 'Settings' section of your dashboard, choose 'Connect apps' from the side menu.

  2. Under the Connect apps heading, click the 'Configure' button next to 'Track your Facebook ads by adding pixel tracking'. 

  3. In the pop-up window, enter your Facebook adverts Pixel ID in the text box provided. For more help on where to find your Pixel ID, please see the tutorial How to find your Facebook pixel ID.

  4. Your Facebook adverts account will now be connected to your Ticket Tailor dashboard.

Please note: The Facebook pixel tracking may be unreliable for iOS 14 devices, and you may see a warning to this effect. We are working with Facebook to rectify the issue.
