Simplify check-in by issuing one ticket for group or bundle orders.

You can simplify your check-in and order confirmations by issuing one QR code for group bookings, whether you want to issue just one ticket for a bundle, or a large booking with lots of orders of the same ticket type.

This means quicker scanning at check-in and fewer QR codes for your customers to keep track of.


How to issue a 'Group ticket' QR code

  • Head to 'Edit event and tickets'.

  • Create a new Ticket type or a Bundle.

  • Expand the 'Advanced settings'.

  • Under the heading 'How would you like to issue tickets for this ticket type?' select 'Issue a "group ticket" QR code for all tickets of this type (e.g. 5 tickets of this type = 1 barcode)'.

How to check-in a single QR code 'Group ticket'

  • In the Check-in app, head to your device settings.

    • From the events page, choose the person icon.

    • Then choose 'Settings'.

  • Toggle on the setting called 'Check in orders as a group'.

  • When you scan the group ticket QR code, you'll be able to check in all of the tickets by tapping 'Check in all tickets'.


πŸ’‘ Things to note

  • You can't issue a group ticket for multiple ticket types. Each ticket type will have it's own bar code.
