Can I reinstate a cancelled order?

If your buyer cancels an order by mistake, they need to rebook.

Sometimes orders are cancelled by mistake. For example, your buyer might have changed their mind after requesting a cancellation, or cancelled a booking by mistake themselves, via Self-serve.

A cancelled order can't be reinstated, so to create a new order for your buyer, you can:

  • Rebook the ticket for your buyer (See: How to place a manual order).

  • Or, ask your buyer to place a new order from your event page or website.
