How to export a list of all refunded orders
Open the 'Orders' tab.
Under 'Order status' filter your orders to only show 'Refunded orders'.
Open the 'Actions' dropdown, and click 'Export'.
If you're exporting an 'Overview report' make sure you select:
'Order cancelled'.
'Refunded amount'.
'Credited out amount'.
'Remaining order value'.
'Tax refunded'.
'Tax credited out amount'.
If you're exporting a 'Line item report', make sure you select:
'Voided tickets'.
'Remaining order value'.
'Total credited out'.
'Total refunded'.
Click 'Download report' and you'll get a CSV containing all of your refunds.
💡 Things to note
If you're going to download this report a lot, you can star the report to make it easier to download again.
