A doorlist is an organised list of all of the orders made for an event. Itās an easy way to check attendees into your event and validate their tickets as they arrive. This help article will show you how to create a doorlist for any one of your events.
How to generate your doorlist
From the 'Events' section of your dashboard, find your event and choose 'Issued tickets' from the side menu.
Use the filters to choose if you want to export a report for a specific ticket type, issued date range, and use the drop-down to exclude void or valid tickets from your report.
Click on the 'Export doorlist' button.
Here, you can choose whether youād like your doorlist arranged by first name, last name, or the attendeeās ticket code. You can also choose the print size and whether to have your doorlist in a printable PDF version, or as a CSV spreadsheet.
Click the purple 'Export doorlist' button.
Your doorlist should download straight away and open in your browser (depending on your browser settings). You can now print your doorlist, email it to other people in your organisation, or save it for later.
š” Things to note
If your event is still on sale when you download your doorlist, the information will change if you sell more tickets. It shouldn't be used as a final doorlist if you intend to keep the event on sale.
Your export won't show the status ('Valid' or 'Void') of your tickets. Use the filters described above to filter tickets by validity if you need to.
If your checkout form is updated after the event is published, you won't be able to export answers to custom questions in your doorlist. Instead, you'll need to export a line item report to download customer information.
