What analytics do I get?

Use our 'Event reports' to dig into your event data from beginning to end.

Our 'Event reports' enable you to view event stats when you're on the go, so you can easily understand how well your tickets and other products are selling. You can also use our reports to track revenue, referral sales, and operational data like event check-ins.


Exploring your 'Event reports'

Ticket sales analytics

  • Open an event and choose 'Event reports' from the left-hand menu.

  • Here you can see summaries of ticket sales, add-on sales and referral sales, which show the performance of your event over time.

Event page and marketing analytics

  • You can view your event analytics from your 'Event summary' page.

  • Find your event in the 'Events' section of your dashboard, open it and you’ll see your Event summary which shows number of tickets issued, sales revenue, number of tickets checked in, days to go until your event, and total event views.

  • You can track sales made using referral codes from your 'Event summary' page.

  • You can view your page views over time from your 'Event summary' page.

Revenue analytics

  • You can see a detailed and filterable revenue report by going to 'Orders', and opening 'Sales reports'.

  • Ceck and export your spent and unspent voucher codes and gift cards from the voucher section of your dashboard.

Operational analytics

  • To view a check-in report for your event, open your event and choose 'Event reports' from the left-hand menu.

  • Select the 'Check-in report' to view a filterable report of check-ins over time and by device.

  • If you're running a recurring event with time slots, you can open your event and click 'Timeslot reporting' from the event summary to show you a report with ticket and revenue data grouped into hourly intervals.

  • If you've issued memberships, you can check redemptions and issued memberships from the Memberships section of your dashboard.

  • If you're selling products, you can quickly filter and view a Sold product report.
