The Check-in app can be used offline as long as the doorlist was downloaded in advance, but it needs to be online to sync data.
Syncing your Check-in app
The Check-in app syncs when the following is true:
You pull down your 'Dashboard' and 'Doorlist' screens to trigger a manual download of any new ticket and check-in data from your box office.
Your Check-in App device is online.
Your Check-in app App is open and in use.
You've navigated to the event Dashboard, Scanner, or Doorlist screen.
How often does my Check-in app device sync?
Issued tickets and check-ins:
Ticket and check-in data will sync every 7 seconds.
The event must be selected in your check-in device for event ticket data to sync. (The 'Dashboard', 'Scanner' or 'Doorlist' screen).
Events:
Your Check-in app user data and permissions:
These will sync every 3 minutes.
If you update the events a user can see, it'll take 3 minutes to update in the app.
To trigger a manual sync:
You can pull down the dashboard or doorlist screen to re-sync new ticket and check-in data. You can pull down the event list screen to manually re-sync new event data.
