Open ‘Box office settings’ and then ‘Billing’ from the left hand menu.

There, you’ll see details of any monthly add-ons you’ve activated for your box office.

Choose ‘Deactivate’ to cancel your monthly plan, and disconnect HubSpot from your box office.

Go to ‘Box office settings’, and ‘Connect apps’ from the left hand menu.

Find the HubSpot integration.

Choose ‘Configure’ to open a list of the workflows you’ve already set up.

Click the three-dot icon, and choose ‘Delete’ to remove an individual workflow.
