<b>How to deactivate your ActiveCampaign integration</b>

Open 'Box office settings’ and then ‘Billing’ from the left hand menu.

There, you’ll see details of any monthly add-ons you’ve activated for your Box Office.

Next to 'ActiveCampaign', choose ‘Deactivate’ to cancel your monthly payment, and to disconnect your Ticket Tailor and ActiveCampaign accounts. 

- Open 'Box office settings’ and then ‘Billing’ from the left hand menu.
- There, you’ll see details of any monthly add-ons you’ve activated for your Box Office.
- Next to 'ActiveCampaign', choose ‘Deactivate’ to cancel your monthly payment, and to disconnect your Ticket Tailor and ActiveCampaign accounts. 

<b>To remove a specific workflow from your ActiveCampaign integration</b>

Go to ‘Box office settings’, and select ‘Connect apps’ from the left hand menu.

Find the ActiveCampaign integration and choose ‘Configure’ to open a list of the workflows you’ve already set up. 

Click the three-dot icon and choose ‘Delete’ to remove an individual workflow.

- Click the three-dot icon and choose ‘Delete’ to remove an individual workflow.

Cancel your integration and cancel your monthly payment from 'Billing'.
