How to completely remove the Constant Contact integration (and cancel your monthly add-on payments)
Go to âBox office settingsâ and âBillingâ.
There youâll see details of any monthly add-ons youâve activated for your box office.
Choose âDeactivateâ to cancel your monthly plan.
This will also cancel your integration and stop any new ticket buyer data coming to Constant Contact.
How to remove a specific workflow
Go to âBox office settingsâ and âConnect appsâ.
Find the Constant Contact integration and choose âConfigureâ to open a list of the workflows youâve already set up.
Click the three-dot icon and choose âDeleteâ to remove an individual workflow.
