How to completely remove the Constant Contact integration (and cancel your monthly add-on payments)
Go to ‘Box office settings’ and ‘Billing’.
There you’ll see details of any monthly add-ons you’ve activated for your box office.
Choose ‘Deactivate’ to cancel your monthly plan.
This will also cancel your integration and stop any new ticket buyer data coming to Constant Contact.
How to remove a specific workflow
Go to ‘Box office settings’ and ‘Connect apps’.
Find the Constant Contact integration and choose ‘Configure’ to open a list of the workflows you’ve already set up.
Click the three-dot icon and choose ‘Delete’ to remove an individual workflow.
