How to remove the Constant Contact integration
Go to âBox office settingsâ and âBillingâ.
There, youâll see details of any monthly add-ons youâve activated for your box office.
Choose âDeactivateâ to cancel your monthly plan.
This will also cancel your integration and stop any new ticket buyer data from being sent to Constant Contact.

How to remove a specific Constant Contact workflow
Go to âBox office settingsâ and âConnect appsâ.
Find the Constant Contact integration and choose âConfigureâ to open a list of the workflows youâve already set up.
Click the three-dot menu, and choose âDeleteâ to remove an individual workflow.
