  • Once activated, you’ll be able to choose from the available workflows – you can add as many as you like, depending on how you want to synchronise data between Ticket Tailor and Constant Contact.

What information is sent to Constant Contact?

  • Only buyer details are synchronised, not attendee details.

  • Depending on the information you collect from buyers during Checkout, the corresponding contact in Constant Contact is able to synchronise:

    • Email address (required).

    • First and last name.

    • Phone number.

    • Whether the contact has given permission to send marketing emails.

    • Address.

  • Contact synchronisation is based on matching email addresses, so if a buyer makes multiple orders with different email addresses, they will end up as different contacts in Constant Contact.

    • If there’s an existing contact with the same email address, it will be updated with any new buyer information.

  • Constant Contact’s email permission policy requires that you have permission to send emails to contacts, so buyer contacts are only added to a mailing list if they choose to opt into joining your mailing list. Here’s how to set this up in Ticket Tailor.
