With Constant Contact, you can create effective email and other digital marketing campaigns to further connect with your audience and sell more tickets.

Integrating your Ticket Tailor box office with Constant Contact ensures all of your ticket buyers can be automatically added to your mailing list.

💡 Constant Contact is a paid (monthly) add-on. The price will be shown on your Connect Apps page.

  • Head to ‘Box office settings’ and choose ‘Connect apps’ in the left-hand menu.

  • Once activated, you’ll be able to choose from the available workflows – you can add as many as you like, depending on how you want to synchronise data between Ticket Tailor and Constant Contact.

What information is sent to Constant Contact?

  • Only buyer details are synchronised, not attendee details.

  • Depending on the information you collect from buyers during Checkout, the corresponding contact in Constant Contact is able to synchronise:

    • Email address (required).

    • First and last name.

    • Phone number.

    • Whether the contact has given permission to send marketing emails.

    • Address.

  • Contact synchronisation is based on matching email addresses, so if a buyer makes multiple orders with different email addresses, they will end up as different contacts in Constant Contact.

    • If there’s an existing contact with the same email address, it will be updated with any new buyer information.

  • Constant Contact’s email permission policy requires that you have permission to send emails to contacts, so buyer contacts are only added to a mailing list if they choose to opt into joining your mailing list. See here how to set this up in Ticket Tailor.
