When your event includes many ticket types, or a mix of tickets and products, you may want to restrict which ticket types and products can be scanned by a specific check-in device. For example, you might have a merch table where you only want to scan product QR codes.
How to set up scanning filters on your check-in device
Open your event in the Check-in app and navigate to the 'Doorlist' tab on the bottom right.
Select the filter icon in the top right corner.
Use the buttons to choose to filter between tickets, products, or specific ticket types.
If you scan a ticket type that's been filtered out, you'll get an error message notifying you that it can't be checked in on that device.
