If you're running an event with lots of group orders, you might find it quicker to check in all tickets and products within a single order, rather than scanning tickets individually.
How to check-in all tickets in an order at once
Open your Check-in app.
Head to 'Settings' by clicking the circular person icon in the top right corner.
Toggle on the setting to 'Check in orders as a group'.
Once this is turned on, if you scan any ticket in a group order, the Check-in app will bring up all tickets in the order.
You then have the option to use the button at the bottom of the screen to check in all tickets in the order.
You can also select individual tickets in the order using the checkboxes, and then click the 'Check-in all tickets' button to check in a portion of the tickets in the order.
Press the 'x' on the top right to return to the scanner.
💡 Things to note
Individual tickets will scan as normal.
Tickets and products bought together in an order will appear in the check-in list.
Tickets purchased in a bundle will appear in this list.
