  • Head to box office settings.

  • Select 'Custom domain' from the left-hand menu.

  • Select 'Disconnect domain'.

  • Then head to 'Billing' in the left-hand menu.

  • Next to the box labelled 'Custom domain' click 'Deactivate'.

  • You won't be billed for this feature after deactivating your custom domain from billing.
