Tixel is integrated with Ticket Tailor. This means that you can connect your Ticket Tailor account to your Tixel account.
Once the integration is activated and a ticket is resold on Tixel, it will be cancelled and a brand new one will be re-issued to the buyer from Ticket Tailor. This will also update the name on the ticket in the process.
All resale will be tracked in the Ticket Tailor system.
Setting up your event on Tixel
Step 1: Head to Tixel's Organiser Login
Step 2: Once you’re logged in, click “Add Event” in the top right corner.
Step 3: Search and select Ticket Tailor from the dropdown list.
Step 4: Generate a Ticket Tailor API token, by heading to 'Box office settings' and then 'API' to generate a new API key with Admin access.
NOTE: It's essential you tick the admin access (see below) when generating the API key otherwise the integration won't work.
Step 5: Copy and paste your Ticket Tailor API token.
Step 6: Select the events that you’d like to add to Tixel.
Your Tixel and Ticket Tailor integration is now setup.
Fees for using Tixel
Tixel doesn't charge you as an event organiser.
No Ticket Tailor fees apply for new tickets issued with Tixel.
(E.g. If you are using ticket credits, and a customer buys a ticket from you, then resells it using Tixel, this would cost you one Ticket Tailor credit, for the original sale only).
