Getting set up with Ticketbutler
Fill out this form or head to your dashboard, click 'Box office settings, then 'Connect apps' and 'Configure' on the Ticketbutler option.
Ticketbutler will reach out to you via email within 2 business days.
Once they've helped you find the best solution for your specific event, you'll receive a quote.
Once accepted, all you have to do is add Ticketbutler as an admin user.
Once invited, Ticketbutler will set up the integration for you to ensure that data can be connected to the badge printer.

Before the event

Download the Ticketbutler check-in app to your mobile phone.
Enter the event-specific pin code received by Ticketbutler.
Pair the device with the printer by scanning the QR code on the back of the printer.
Scan your attendees’ Ticket Tailor tickets with the check-in app. Unique, personalised badges will begin printing within seconds.
Stick the label to your badges and your attendees are ready to go.
After the event
Simply pack up the printers, apply the included return label(s) and drop off the shipment at your local post office.
