If you're running an awesome conference or networking event, you'll know it's so much easier for your attendees to mingle when they know each other's names!
We've integrated with Ticketbutler badge printing software so that you can scan a Ticket Tailor ticket and automatically print a name badge at the door.
Check out this short video introducing how it works:
Getting setup with Ticketbutler:
Fill out this form or head to your dashboard, click 'Settings, then 'Connect apps' and 'Configure' on the Ticketbutler option
Sit back and relax. Ticketbutler will reach out to you via email within 2 business days
Once they've helped you find the best solution for your specific event, you will receive a quote
Once accepted, all you have to do is add Ticketbutler as an admin user
Once invited, Ticketbutler will setup the integration for you to ensure that data can be connected to the badge printer
In the meantime visit the Ticketbutler Shop to find the lanyards and badges that will work best for your event.
Before the event:
Ticketbutler will design a unique label according to your specifications and requirements
Your printers will arrive at an address of your choice a few days before the event
Wait for easy, step-by-step instructions on how to use the printer
At the event:
Setting up the printer at the event venue is completely hassle-free. The Ticketbutler printer is compact, wireless and mobile.
Download the Ticketbutler check-in app to your mobile phone
Enter the event-specific pin code received by Ticketbutler
Pair the device with the printer by scanning the QR code on the back of the printer
Scan your attendees’ Ticket Tailor tickets with the check-in app and voilá! Unique, personalised badges are printed automatically and within seconds
Stick the label to your badges and your attendees are ready to go!
After the event
Take a moment to pat yourself and your team on the back, then simply pack up the printers, apply the included return label/s and drop off the shipment at your local post office. (Unless you opted to purchase the printer, in which case, keep it somewhere safe for your next event.)
