Allowing your ticket buyers to choose from your awesome event extras, like parking, popcorn or puppy passes, can boost your revenue, not to mention make pre-planning so much easier. Scanning in your add-ons is a great way to save you even more time at your event, so you can take more time to enjoy it!

💡 Ensure you have selected to 'issue a ticket voucher' when creating your add-on so that your add-on purchaser gets a QR code to redeem with the check-in app.

To scan an add-in at the redemption point:

  • Select ‘Doorlist’ at the bottom of the app.

  • Click the ‘Doorlist options' button at the top of the screen.

  • Use the toggles to filter your add-ons.

  • Scan your add-ons like you would check-in a ticket.
