You may wish to have certain ticket types available for your event which are invisible to your customers, but which your staff can book on their behalf.

This could be useful if you have a number of free or complimentary tickets for your event or if you want to reserve some tickets for box office sales.
Adding Admin Only-visible tickets
Go to 'Edit event and tickets'.
Create a new ticket type for your back-office tickets.
Set the price and quantity.
In the above example I have 5 free tickets available, so I set the quantity as 5, and the price as Β£0.00.
Tick the checkbox called 'Show advanced settings'.
Under 'Status' select 'Only visible to admin'.
You can now use these tickets to create Operator orders for your event.
