I'm a ticket buyer. Can I get a refund on my tickets?

You must contact the event organiser, not Ticket Tailor, to request a refund.

Refunds are given at the discretion of the Event Organiser who sold you your ticket.

Ticket Tailor can't issue refunds for events hosted on our platform. We're a platform that allows Event Organisers to sell tickets directly to their audience, and they set their own ticket terms and conditions.

This means you must manage your own tickets, or contact the event organiser directly if you want to request a refund. Ticket Tailor doesn't see or have access to the money you paid towards your ticket purchase.

How to manage your tickets via self-serve

  • If you've booked a ticket via Ticket Tailor, you can manage it via self-serve.

  • To find the self-serve login, visit the link where you bought your ticket.

  • You should see a button called 'Manage tickets' which allows you to see your orders.

  • If you don't have a refund option, check the terms and conditions of your order.

    • If you believe you should get a refund, contact the organiser. You should find a contact link at the bottom of the ticket booking form, as well as in the footer of the ticket email you received.

  • You may also find contact details for the event organiser in the same place you found the original link to buy tickets for their event (e.g. their website, Facebook page, or Twitter account). Please note that refunds are at the discretion of the event organiser, in accordance with their terms and conditions.
