If you're using Stripe as your payment processor, you may need to verify your Stripe account before you can use it to take payments.

If your customers have reported an error message when trying to purchase tickets, we advise that you:

  • Log in to Stripe.com and see if you have any notifications or actions pending.

  • If you don't see anything, please reach out to Stripe support in order to unlock your account.
