When you sell a ticket via Ticket Tailor, your payout goes directly to your payment account (Stripe, Square or Paypal), or to an alternative option if using offline payments.
When selling tickets, you may encounter different types of fees: Ticket Tailor's service fees, plus payment processor fees (charged by Stripe, PayPal, or Square and usually deducted directly from your payouts).
To reconcile your payout, you can export a report from your 'Orders' overview:
Navigate to the 'Orders' tab.
Select your event from the dropdown.
Click 'Actions' and choose 'Export.'
Make sure the 'Payment Method' column is included to identify where ticket money was sent.
Compare this report with your Stripe, PayPal, Square, or Offline account to understand your revenue, and calculate your fees.
