To make sure you're getting the most up to date connection update your PayPal integration.
We have improved our integration with PayPal, which may require you to update your PayPal integration.
How to update your PayPal integration
Go to 'Settings' > 'Payment systems'.
You should see an option to connect to PayPal, as well as details of your legacy PayPal connection.
Press the 'Connect a PayPal account' button to re-connect and access our new and improved connection:
An extra step if you have live events
If you have live events using the PayPal (Legacy) payment method, you will need to change this to your new PayPal connection.
Head to 'Edit events and tickets' and scroll down to 'Event settings'. Then make sure your new PayPal connection is selected.
Once you have reconnected your PayPal account and attached this to your upcoming events, you can delete the old connection using the 3 dot menu next to your email address.
