We understand that events might not always go to plan. If you've sold tickets to an occurrence in your series, you can update your capacity if you need to.
How to update occurrence capacity
You can adjust occurrence capacity using 'Overrides'.
If you've sold more tickets for an occurrence than your new override allows, your occurrence will show as 'oversold'
Ticket Tailor will allow you to assign an override to an occurrence where you're oversold. You'll see a warning when assigning the override to the occurrence.
What to do if you've oversold an occurrence
How you manage your orders is up to you!
If you can allow higher capacity to attend your event, you can leave the orders as they are.
If you need to, you can cancel and refund some orders.
Additionally, you may want to rebook your attendees to another occurrence in your recurring event.
