It’s easy to set up your repeating event, and then add pricing or capacity rules.

  1. Create a recurring event with your normal prices.

    1. For example, if I was a petting farm with weekday prices of £10 for adults and £3 for children, I would set these prices when creating my event.

  2. After creating your event, create an Override outlining the new pricing and/or quantity rules for your seasonal pricing.

    1. For example, at weekends I want adults to be £11 and children to be £4. I also have additional staff, so I can sell 50 more tickets in total.

  3. Create your weekend occurrences, and use the drop-down to apply your override to your additional dates. (You can also update existing dates.)

You’re done!
