Summer holidays, weekends and staff availability might all affect how you want to sell tickets for your event or attraction.

It’s easy to set up your repeating event, and then add pricing or capacity rules.

How to create a recurring event with seasonal changes

  • Create a recurring event with your normal prices.

    • For example, if I was a petting farm with weekday prices of £10 for adults and £3 for children, I'd set these prices when creating my event.

  • After creating your event, create an Override outlining the new pricing and/or quantity rules for your seasonal pricing.

    • For example, at weekends I want adults to be £11 and children to be £4. I also have additional staff, so I can sell 50 more tickets in total.

  • Create your weekend occurrences, and use the drop-down to apply your override to your additional dates.

    • You can also update existing dates.

  • You’re done!
