You may need to occasionally create a new order for a customer whose already bought tickets from you.
How to create an order for an existing customer
Navigate to 'Orders' from your box office dashboard.
Locate the previous order that your ticket buyer made, and click on the three dots to the left of the order to expand the menu.
Click 'Create a new order'.
Follow the process to create an order as if you were the ticket buyer. Any information they added to their previous order, including attendee information, will be copied to the checkout form of the new order.
If you're creating an order for a new event for an existing customer, there may be different questions on the checkout form. These won't be automatically pre-filled.
After you've completed the order, the new tickets will be sent to the ticket buyer.
