If you need to create a new order for a customer who has already bought tickets from you, follow these simple steps:
Click 'Orders' on the top navigation bar.
Locate the previous order that your ticket buyer made, and click on the three dots to the left of the order, to expand the menu.
Click 'Create a new order'.
Follow the process to create an order as if you were the ticket buyer. Any information they added to their previous order, including attendee information will be copied to the checkout form of the new order.
Please note: if you are creating an order for a new event for an existing customer, there may be different questions on the checkout form. These will not be automaticaly pre-filled.
After you have completed the order, the new tickets will be sent to the ticket buyer.
