Occasionally, you may receive a PayPal notification of payment but not an order confirmation from Ticket Tailor.

This can occur if Ticket Tailor fails to receive a notification from PayPal stating that a purchase was made (usually this happens automatically).

To troubleshoot this:

Log in to your PayPal account and click on the Profile link, and then click Profile and Settings

  • In the left-hand side, select "My Selling Preferences."

  • In the list, you'll find "Instant Payment Notifications."

  • Make sure IPN is enabled.

  • PayPal sometimes asks people to enter a URL. For this, you can use https://www.tickettailor.com/ipn
