If you are having trouble with your Tazotix app on an Android device, e.g. crashing, or seeing a white screen, please follow the below instructions to resolve the issue:

1. First, go to the App Store or Play Store to check if your app needs to be updated. If so, uninstall and reinstall the Tazotix check-in app to ensure it is up to date.

2. If your app is up to date, follow these steps to clear the cache and storage on your app:

  • Launch your phone’s settings app

  • Navigate to “Apps” and find Tazotix

  • Tap Tazotix and select “Storage & Cache”

  • Tap “Clear storage” and “Clear cache” – it’s important you clear both otherwise it won’t work

  • You should now be able to launch Tazotix and log in.
