Our seating chart feature incurs additional costs for all users.
The above fees will be added to your normal cost per ticket.
The additional cost of a seat reservation is the same as the Pay as you sell rate, or if you have Pre pay, an additional one credit.
For example:
On Pay as you sell, a paid-for ticket sold using seating charts will incur the PAYG fee twice - once for the paid-for ticket and once for the seat reservation. E.g. in GBP it will cost £1.20 per ticket.
On Pre pay, if you have 1,000 credits in your balance, you can sell 500 paid-for tickets using the seating chart. Or 1,000 free tickets using the seating chart.
