Event publishing can't be scheduled in advance and must be done manually β but you set up your event to have tickets go on sale at a future date. If you want to create your event now but not accept sales until a future date, it's easy to set that up.
π‘ You can also set your broadcast emails (messages you want to send in bulk to your ticket buyers or waitlist) to go out at a scheduled time, learn more about how to set that up.
Open your event.
Go to 'Edit event and tickets', and scroll down to the 'Advanced settings'.
Under 'Tickets become available', you can choose whether you want your tickets to go live immediately, at a scheduled date and time, or at a scheduled interval before the event starts.
Click 'Save event'.
Click 'Publish event' and you can rest assured that we'll do the work behind the scenes to make sure your tickets go live at the time you've set.
π‘ Things to note
You can't auto-publish an event. You need to publish your event manually and schedule your tickets to be on sale automatically, which means your event will be live and visible, but no one will be able to buy tickets until the date you chose.
