You may want to send ticket buyers an invoice when they buy tickets, and it's really easy to send automatically.
How to send an invoice for tickets
Go to 'Box office settings' from the main navigation.
Click on 'Confirmation emails'.
Look for 'Order confirmation', and click 'Edit'.
Ticket the checkbox labelled 'Attach invoice'.
You'll see an Invoice preview where you can fill in the text boxes with your own information. This is typically your company name, address, and any relevant tax details.
Click 'Save'.
That's it! Ticket buyers will now receive an invoice attached to their order confirmation.
If you have event-specific order confirmations set up, then you'll need to enable invoices at this level too.
How to add customer information to your invoices
Click the 'including placeholders' link to open a list of the customer information you can add to your invoice.
Copy and paste the placeholders you want to use into the invoice.
