You may want to send  ticket buyers an invoice when they buy tickets. You can easily attach an invoice to the order confirmation by following these steps:

  1. Go to Settings from the main navigation
  2. Click on Order confirmation
  3. Look for the checkbox labelled Attach invoice and check this.
  4. You will see an Invoice preview. Fill in the text box with your own heading. This is typically your company name, address, and any relevant tax details.
  5. Click Save.

That's it. Ticket buyers will now receive an invoice attached to their order confirmation which will look like this:

If you have event specific order confirmations set up, then you will need to enable invoices at this level too.
