If you need more than just the ticket buyer's name, then you may want to collect the name of each individual attendee coming to your event. We've made this really easy to set up! Once collected, the attendee's name will be shown on the attendee's ticket voucher, on your doorlist, and on the check-in app.
How to collect attendee names
Click 'Checkout form' either from your box office settings, or directly from the event (if you've configured an event-specific checkout form).
Under 'Attendee questions', click the 'eye' icon next to 'Attendee name'.
You can optionally change the text label for the question from 'Attendee name' to anything you want.
Click 'Save question'.
Attendee names will now be collected during the checkout process.
