Sometimes customers will get partway through their order before abandoning the process. This could be because they changed their mind, they got distracted, or they had issues with payment.
To access this data go to the 'Orders' section of the Admin panel and select Incomplete orders from the 'Order status' dropdown.
You will now see a list of orders that were abandoned. You can click on the orders to see the customer details.
Incomplete orders will not issue a ticket, so your customer will need to place a new order to get a ticket for your event.
