Sometimes customers will get partway through their order before abandoning the process. This could be because they changed their mind, got distracted, or had issues with payment.
To access this data, go to the 'Orders' section of the Admin panel.
Select 'Incomplete orders' from the 'Order status' dropdown.
You'll now see a list of orders that were abandoned, and you can click on the orders to see the customer details.
Incomplete orders won't issue a ticket, so your customer will need to place a new order to get a ticket for your event.
