How to access the details of customers who didn't complete their orders

Head to 'Orders' > 'Order status' > 'Incomplete orders'.

Sometimes customers will get partway through their order before abandoning the process. This could be because they changed their mind, got distracted, or had issues with payment.

  • To access this data, go to the 'Orders' section of the Admin panel.

  • Select 'Incomplete orders' from the 'Order status' dropdown.

  • You'll now see a list of orders that were abandoned, and you can click on the orders to see the customer details.

  • Incomplete orders won't issue a ticket, so your customer will need to place a new order to get a ticket for your event.
