To be able to have Facebook ads pixel tracking enabled, you need to have set up a <a href="https://help.tickettailor.com/en/articles/6758421-how-can-i-add-my-custom-domain-to-my-box-office" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">custom domain</a>.

Once your custom domain is active, head to you 'Settings' &gt; 'Connect apps'.

Select 'Track your Facebook ads by adding a pixel'.

Tick the box: 'Enable conversion API', and add your Conversion API Token.
