The Ticket Tailor Check-in app allows you to check in your attendees at your event from your enabled device (like a smartphone or tablet). You can check in attendees by scanning tickets or searching for them on the doorlist.
💡 Before your event, ensure you've configured the Check-in app on your check-in device (such as your smartphone or tablet).
How to use the Check-in app for a seated event
When you open your seated event from the Check-in app, you'll see the full list of ticket types.
You can use 'Filters' in the top right corner to narrow down the list of options, for example if your event staff are only checking in tickets for a particular section.
As with general admission events, the event doorlist will contain your ticket buyers' names and order IDs in the main view. For a seated event, the doorlist will also show the seat reservation, in the order of 'Section - Row - Seat', so that you can verify this with the ticket buyer and point them in the right direction.
