Once you have your seating chart designed, you can add it to an event in your box office to start selling your reserved seats.
How to link your seating chart to your event
Open the 'Events' tab in your dashboard, and click 'Add new event'.
Add your event details.
Scroll down to 'Create ticket types', and click 'Use seating chart'.
Select the relevant seating chart from the dropdown menu.
You can choose whether or not you'll allow your ticket buyers to from leaving single seats available.
Click 'Save settings'.
You should see a new button appear called 'Add seated ticket type', which means your seating chart is connected to your event.
Assign prices to seats
Click 'Add seated ticket type'.
Enter your ‘Ticket name’, ‘Price’ and ‘Quantity’.
The quantity should be how many seats you want to sell at that price, from that category. Usually, it is the same as the number of seats in that category.
Tick which seat category should have this price.
Click 'Add ticket type' to save it.
You can have multiple ticket types assigned to each seating chart category.
For example, I might assign an 'Adult' ticket to my 'Reserved Seating' seats, and then repeat the process to assign a 'Child' ticket to those same seats.
Repeat the above steps for each ticket type you want to sell.
If you have non-seated tickets available as well, such as standing tickets, you can add general admission ticket types, which will appear under your seating chart.
When you've added all of your ticket types, save and publish your event!
