If you've finished running events, finished using a test box office, or have changed your brand, you might want to delete a box office you own.
If you want to proceed with deleting your box office, we'd recommend downloading your order and issued tickets data beforehand.
How to delete your box office
Open the dropdown menu in the top right of your screen.
Select 'manage' to get to your box office overview (a list of all of the box offices you have access to).
Select 'Delete' next to the box office you wish to delete, and confirm the deletion.
💡 Things to note:
If you've decided to delete your box office for whatever reason, it's important to note that all of your data will be permanently deleted, and can't be restored. (When you delete events from your box office, they can be restored for 24 hours. Box offices, however, can't be restored once they've been deleted.)

If you have unpaid invoices, you won't be able to delete your box office until they are paid. Please head to your billing page or contact customer support to pay any outstanding fees.
