Why am I being asked to update my billing state and zip code?

To comply with regulations, we might need billing address information from you when you sell tickets online using Ticket Tailor.

If you're selling tickets online with Ticket Tailor, we may ask you for accurate billing information. We need this information from you to comply with regulations.

For tax purposes we need to verify your billing state and zip code

If you need to update your billing address, you will see a banner in your box office saying "for tax purposes, we need to verify your billing state and zip code.

Simply click 'Confirm billing address' and enter your State and Zip code in the pop up.

You need to add the billing address which matches the card you use to pay your fees. This can be double checked on your

  • If you need to update your card details, you can do so at any time from your billing page.

  • We need an accurate billing address for our customers as a part of our own tax and accounting purposes. Adding your address here will not affect the sales tax your ticket buyers pay you, or the tax you pay for Credits or Pay As You Sell fees.
