When you issue tickets online via Ticket Tailor, you might need to use those tickets somewhere else.
For example, you might want to download the ticket barcode and add it to a physical gift ticket or collectors ticket to send to your customers later. Or, you might want to scan your barcodes in another check-in system for your venue.
💡 The Ticket Tailor check-in app is free and easy to set up. This article is intended for people who want to use their ticket codes outside of Ticket Tailor.
To download your ticket codes:
Head to 'Orders'.
Search or filter to select the orders containing the tickets you need.
Select the 'Actions' dropdown and then 'Export'.
Choose the 'Line item' report.
The items you need to include in the report are:
Line item types: Tickets
Ticket details: Ticket code
💡 Things to note:
If you want to add this barcode to a physical ticket or badge, you will need to convert it from text to a bar code or QR code.
