To capture your audience before your tickets go on sale, we recommend using a waiting list.

How to collect email addresses before your event tickets go on sale

  • Set up a waitlist for your event by opening the 'Edit event and tickets' menu in your Event settings.

  • Then, open 'Advanced settings' and tick the checkbox marked 'Activate waitlist'.

  • Set each ticket status to 'hidden', or use the 'Hide until a set date and time' option โ€” both are under 'Advanced settings' for each ticket types.

  • Publish your event, and your buyers can to sign up to the waitlist before your tickets go on sale.

๐Ÿ’ก Things to note

  • Ticket buyers won't be able to see the waitlist form if your event state is set to 'Draft'.
