How to collect email addresses before your event tickets go on sale
Set up a waitlist for your event by opening the 'Edit event and tickets' menu in your Event settings.
Then, open 'Advanced settings' and tick the checkbox marked 'Activate waitlist'.
Set each ticket status to 'hidden', or use the 'Hide until a set date and time' option — both are under 'Advanced settings' for each ticket types.
Publish your event, and your buyers can to sign up to the waitlist before your tickets go on sale.
💡 Things to note
Ticket buyers won't be able to see the waitlist form if your event state is set to 'Draft'.
