You may want to send ticket buyers an invoice when they buy tickets. You can easily attach an invoice to the order confirmation by following these steps:
- Go to Box office setup from the main navigation
- Click on Order confirmation
- Look for the checkbox labelled Attach invoice and check this.
- You will see an Invoice preview. Fill in the text box with your own heading. This is typically your company name, address, and any relevant tax details.
- Click Save.
That's it. Ticket buyers will now receive an invoice attached to their order confirmation which will look like this:
If you have event specific order confirmations set up, then you will need to enable invoices at this level too.
