If you need more than just the ticket buyer's name, then you may want to collect the name of each individual attendee coming to your event. We've made this really easy to set up. Once collected, the attendees name will be shown on the attendee's ticket voucher, on your doorlist and on the check-in app. 

Here's how to do it:

  1. Click Edit checkout form either from Box office setup or from the event itself if you have an event specific order confirmation configured.
  2. Under Attendee questions, click the 'eye' icon next to Attendee name. 
  3. You can optionally change the label for the question from "Attendee name" to anything you want.
  4. Click Save question.

Attendee names will now be collected during the checkout process.
