Under the GDPR, you must tell attendees why you are collecting their personal data and how you are using it. Usually this information is set out in a privacy policy that the individual can read when they give you their data.

You can upload a privacy policy to your box office by following these steps:

  1. Go to Box office setup and click on Privacy policy from the left hand menu.
  2. Add your privacy policy to the text area and click Save.

If you leave your privacy policy blank, the default text will invite ticket buyers to contact you for further details. 

Note: From the 25th May 2018 the Privacy Policy link will show on all box office pages.
